If you haven’t played any Flash games yet, you’ve been missing out on some cool stuff. I have recently come across three of them that are quite addictive. This site has a list of several particularly entertaining ones; I have not checked them all out yet.
- The Amazing Dare-Dozen. (Play it here.) A simple, yet very addictive game in which the object is to toss eggs into higher levels of baskets. Sounds simple, but it’s not. Suggested improvement: change the sound when you miss to a splatter.
- Bow Man. (Play it here.) For the inner Ted Nugent in you. A somewhat twisted version of the very old “Human Cannonball” game from the Atari 2600. The object is to shoot your opponent with arrows. But only shots above the waist count. There is a bit of gore, but this is hilarious. If the game’s designer happens to find this blog entry, please contact me as I would like to suggest a whole host of “upgrades” for Version 2.0.
- Mini Jump. (Play it here.) Very funny take on the “Track and Field” classic arcade game. But instead of long jumping, you have to jump into a BMW Mini. It’s not easy.
