Rick Santorum is a flip-flopper!

First, on Monday of this week (July 25, 2005), the junior Senator from PA said that he had no intention of running for President in 2008, citing the stress on his family, etc. (See the Washington Post article.) Not a bad thing to say when you have six kids. Which stems from his not believing in birth control, or not being able to keep his dick in his pants, whichever you prefer.

But now, on Wednesday of this week (July 27, 2005; yes, a mere two days later), Sen. Santorum says that there is a slight possibility that he might run for President in 2008. (Another Washington Post article. And a Philadelphia Inquirer article.) This appears to be the "if my party really needs me" or "Egad! What if I actually lose the 2006 election" statement.

But, in case you hadn't noticed, he changed his position a complete 180° in a span of two days. That is a classic definition of a "flip-flopper".
